Detroit-based personal trainer. University of Mount Union grad, class of 2021, where football and discipline both get taken seriously and where the name comes from. Certified personal trainer focused on fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition for clients who are ready to put the work in.

How much does coaching cost after the free session?

I'll walk you through the options at the end of your free session, once I know your goals and your schedule. No price surprises, no pressure to commit on the spot.

How long is the free session?

About 45 to 60 minutes. Quick goal chat, a movement screen, and a real workout. You'll be back to your day in about an hour.

What should I bring?

Workout clothes, sneakers you can move in, and water. Your gym bag, basically. I'll handle the rest.

Am I too out of shape for this?

No. For all levels, beginner to experienced. Everyone is welcome. Every journey starts somewhere.
